This Privacy Policy explains how Dache Consulting LLC (“Dache Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the While I’m Here website and workbook products, handles information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Purchase information. When you buy a workbook tier, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and tier selection, but we do not collect or store your card number or other payment credentials.
  • Workbook and AI Guide content. If you use the AI-Guided Edition, your responses are sent to our server to generate your document and are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to power the conversation. The completed workbook PDF is generated and filled in your own browser and is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
  • Basic technical data. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be collected for security and troubleshooting purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to deliver the Service: processing your purchase, generating your workbook, providing customer support, and maintaining the security of the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy: Stripe (payment processing) and Anthropic (AI processing for the Guided Interview feature). We share only the information necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of user accounts or workbook answers. Your completed workbook is generated and downloaded directly in your browser. Conversation content sent to our AI provider during the Guided Interview is used only to generate your document for that session.

5. Your Choices

Because we do not create user accounts, there is no account to delete. If you have questions about any information associated with a specific purchase, contact us using the details below.
