These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the While I’m Here website and digital products (the “Service”), operated by Dache Consulting LLC (“Dache Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

While I’m Here sells a life & after-loss planning workbook in digital form (Print PDF, Fillable PDF, and AI-Guided Edition tiers), along with an optional AI-guided interview tool that helps you complete the workbook. The Service is an organizational and educational tool only.

2. Not Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice

The workbook and any AI-generated content are provided for organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for a will, trust, estate plan, or advice from a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or other professional. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legal sufficiency of any information you record and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.

3. Purchases and License

When you purchase a tier of the workbook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that file for your own personal or household purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

4. The AI-Guided Edition

The AI-Guided Edition uses an AI assistant to ask you questions and help populate the workbook. Your responses are processed to generate your document and are not intended to be stored on our servers beyond what is required to deliver the Service. Review our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dache Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on information you or others record in the workbook. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law
