Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the While I’m Here website (Print PDF, Fillable PDF, and AI-Guided Edition), sold by Dache Consulting LLC.
14-Day Refund Window
Because our workbooks are digital products delivered instantly on purchase, we ask that you review the tier descriptions carefully before buying. That said, if something isn’t right — a technical problem, an accidental duplicate purchase, or the product genuinely isn’t a fit for you — you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email dtsalesllcmd@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your Stripe receipt or order confirmation. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 5 business days.
After 14 Days
Requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
